I offer a wide range of tennis training on Mallorca. In addition to technical training, I focus on practical mental training. I also organise tennis holidays and tennis camps on the island. You can book individual training, but also train in a group. Thanks to my many years of experience, you will achieve quick success as a beginner. Together we will improve your tennis “playfully”.

If you want to prepare for a competition as a tournament player or as a team, then benefit from my experience as a mental coach. In mental training, you learn methods to better master stressful situations in the future. We practice these methods on the tennis court.

ZENNIS – PRIVATE TENNIS & YOGA SESSIONS IN MALLORCA

ZENNIS is a combination of private tennis sessions, mindfulness training, yoga and meditation sessions that are individually tailored to you, your needs and your level.

Together with my partner Nina-Gyana, certified yoga and meditation teacher, I offer the ZENNIS programme. ZENNIS is a combination of Zen philosophy and tennis. From my own experience I know that yoga exercises, breathing techniques and mindfulness training, improve the quality of tennis and the well-being of the player.

We support you in improving your presence and focus? Find an introduction to yoga and meditation? Get to know yoga exercises that build strength and stability from within, improve your mobility and are specifically adapted to tennis.
