The ZENNIS programme is a combination of private tennis sessions, mindfulness training, yoga and meditation sessions that are individually tailored to you, your needs and your level.
Together with my partner Nina-Gyana, certified yoga and meditation teacher, I offer the ZENNIS programme. ZENNIS is a combination of Zen philosophy and tennis. From my own experience I know that yoga exercises, breathing techniques and mindfulness training, improve the quality of tennis and the well-being of the player.
We support you in improving your presence and focus? Find an introduction to yoga and meditation? Get to know yoga exercises that build strength and stability from within, improve your mobility and are specifically adapted to tennis.
THE PRIVATE PACKAGE
Benefit from private tennis and yoga sessions, each in private lessons, individually tailored to you.
THE PARTNER PACKAGE
Experience a shared holiday highlight with another person (e.g. partner, friend or family member) – private tennis and yoga sessions for two.
THE GROUP PACKAGE
Private yoga sessions in a group, together with your friends, family, colleagues or team (from 3-20 people). Tennis lessons take place with a maximum of 4 players per session.
